I had high hopes for Mersing Beach Resort, being right by the beach, but it didn't live up to my expectations. The rooms were disappointing with broken walls and a non-functional air conditioner, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The dining options were basic, and I felt it was overpriced for what I received. I wouldn't recommend staying here. 😞
